THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE just one cashier at 1:00 Pm
This bank is the worst bank that I had ever been, the staff is exec Elle the but it's always full of big lines more then 20 people every day I have yo come to this bank ! And is the same they only have 2 tellers and 5 people outside to open accounts people get si mad and upset ! They need to have more tellers ! And when you ask the manager about the big line she said that she cannot do anything about it !
Worst service, just 1 cashier , the line is up to the door, nothing with the staff but they need have more cashier's
Worst branch to come into. You're better off going elsewhere. You have 7 windows but only 2 tellers? Why!? Everytime I come in here, you'll face the same BS. Long lines, tellers chit chatting with the customers to no end, slow service and a bunch of personal bankers just sitting on their desk. Why can't they help with the line? Why doesn't management actually help with line? Why 2 tellers and no back up? You're better off going elsewhere. PERIOD.
Why would this branch charge a fee to cash a check that is drawn from BANK OF AMERICA and the branch of 103 doesn't? Makes no sense.
